REFUNDS & RETURNS


We hope that you'll be thrilled with your purchase when it arrives but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us through our website or at brightbloommelts@gmail.com and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, BrightBloom Melts shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods.  Wax is designed to snap, it does not affect their performance. If they arrive snapped it means this has happened in transit. All of our products are very well packaged. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused melts for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. 

Products

All goods are subject to availability, we keep good stock levels at all times, on the rare occasion something on your order is not in stock we will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment.

We are not currently VAT registered.
